Event Details

For over 20 years, under the umbrella of Body Break, Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod have been encouraging Canadians to make small lifestyle changes that can benefit the individual and their families for a lifetime. Armed with the knowledge that poor health is not an inevitable consequence of aging, Hal and Joanne have made it their mission to help people change the things they can control such as getting more exercise, eating a healthier diet and reducing stress. The personal results are immense: a longer, healthier life, more energy, greater self-esteem, increased stamina, opportunities to socialize and enjoy an active life more fully.

Join us on March 1 as the Calgary Co-op Whole Health Challenge presents Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod, sponsored by Johnson Insurance.  Be prepared to be motivated as the most famous Canadian pair in fitness explains how to “get fit and have fun”!

“BodyBreak means being active, eating well and feeling good about yourself. When your body and mind feel great, everything else falls into place. Our goal for BodyBreak remains the same as it was back in 1988-to encourage Canadians to live healthy, active lifestyles." – Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod
